Achieve-Tec, PLC is a professional organization that specializes in health and sports. Simply put, our goal is to help individuals, teams and organizations succeed. We are committed to helping people maximize their abilities, perform at optimal levels, achieve their highest goals, and live healthy lives. Our consultants have a high level of expertise in the health and sports fields and we offer a wide array of professional services aimed at helping people achieve success.

Reach Higher

One of the features that makes us truly unique is our focus on personality-based motivation. Developing, maintaining and effectively using motivation is one of the most important factors in success for any endeavor. However, generic, one-size-fits-all approaches to motivation have been shown to be ineffective. The reason for that is because in reality, what motivates each person is highly individualized and is related to personality. With our exclusive rights to the Reiss Health Motivation Profile and the Reiss Sports Motivation profile, Achieve-Tec is able to help individuals understand their own unique motivation (what drives them) and to use this understanding to perform better and achieve higher.

The professionals at Achieve-Tec are highly committed to helping people adopt healthy lifestyles and succeed in their health-related goals. Our exclusive motivational approaches are integrated into the wide array of services we offer to help people lose weight, eat more healthily, become more physically fit, recover from illness and develop healthy practices and lifestyles. We also incorporate our state-of-the-art motivational approaches into our wellness training and program development for organizations, as well as our specialized wellness programs for executives.

The services Achieve-Tec offers in sports are unique in several ways. While our professionals specialize in sports, we have strong backgrounds in clinical psychology, which allows us to focus on the athlete as a whole person. This broader focus allows us to be more effective in helping individuals not only develop into successful athletes, but successful people. Athletes who are able to be successful in multiple areas of their lives tend be happier and more satisfied with their lives, and also to remain successful in sports for longer periods of time. Our individualized, personality-based motivational approaches using the Reiss Sports Motivation Profile are incorporated into the many sports-related services we offer to individuals, coaches and teams.
